Overview
Cancellation of Membership
- Membership cannot be canceled once payment has been processed, as the Rs. 300 fee is used for administrative purposes.
- In exceptional cases, where a payment was made in error or due to fraudulent activity, we will consider a refund request.
Refund Policy
- We provide refunds only in cases where payment processing was unsuccessful, or the amount was incorrectly charged (for example, double payments).
- Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of payment through our support email: [sonu@allindiadriverassociation.org].
- Refunds will be processed via Razorpay to the original payment method.
How to Request a Refund
- Send a request to [sonu@allindiadriverassociation.org] with your payment receipt and reason for the refund.
Exclusions
- Refunds will not be provided for any services or benefits already utilized.
- We do not offer refunds for membership cancellation requests after the membership has been activated.
